Together with versvishandel Jan van As we broaden the scope of the annual herring party in Hilton Amsterdam with a presentation of wild Alaska salmon. To give attention to Alaska Seafood, different species of wild sustainable smoked salmon were offered and tasted by guests. Homemade sushi was served on a production line. |
