Description: On the 27th of November 2014 we organized an Indonesian trade lunch. 18 tour operators/airlines who are selling Indonesia were present. Also Mister Timoranto from the Embassy of Indonesia in The Hague participated the lunch. During the event we held a presentation and shared the figures of tourist arrivals going to Indonesia in 2014. While enoying the traditional Indonesia dishes prepared by the chef in Restaurant Blauw in The Hague we held a group conversation about what we can do to keep the consumer interested about travelling to Indonesia.

TMC involvements: Initiated and coordinated the whole event. Arranging the reservation and menu with Restaurant Blauw. Besides that, TMC invited all the trade contacts and the Embassy of Indonesia to join this event. At last, we prepared a presentation with all the Indonesia related activities we did in 2014, as media publicity, the figures of 2014, and the changes in the Ministry of Tourism in Indonesia etc.
