To give attention to Alaska Seafood, different species of wild sustainable smoked salmon were offered and tasted by guests. Wine and Food is very important in the Italian Region of South Tyrol. One of their most important export-products are apples. TMC organised for a period of 4 years a socalled fidelity dinner during which the management of the region South Tyrol, In 2012 we organised a blind tasting of apples and various apple preparations followed by a typical South Tyrolean dinner.
For our client the South Africa Tourism we organized a successful culinary workshop for key travel writers. The workshop was organized as a fidelity dinner to thank loyal journalists for their support during the past years.
Visit Indonesia indicated that for the year 2014 would have a special focus on culinary aspects of Indonesia. Each island in Indonesia has its own traditional and authentic way of preparing dishes, Indonesia decided to participate in the yearly culinary event called The Taste of Amsterdam together with several leading Indonesia Culinary organizations.
TMC organized a specialized bloggers press trip to Jordan. Participants consisted of the best Dutch and Belgian Blogger. Jordan was promoted before, during and after the trip trough all sorts of social media channels and blog posts.

Together with the Efteling, the number one theme park in The Netherlands (4 million visitors per year), we promoted their new children’s musical 'The Sandman' in the Dutch and Belgium market by surprising important media with a sneak preview of the musical in Jordan.
